About the role
We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to enhance the guest experience from arrival to departure. The GRE will serve as the face of the property, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their stay or visit.
What you'll do
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and general guest queries
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints or feedback with grace and urgency
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests promptly
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the system
