- Work with stakeholders (product owners, project managers) to define, clarify, and challenge requirements where technical constraints or better approaches exist
- Drive API contract discussions with backend and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear, robust, and scalable integration points between app and services
- Lead code reviews and set the technical bar for the Android codebase — enforcing clean architecture, testability, and maintainability standards
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pairing, PR reviews, and structured feedback
