About the role
You will work with wireless specialists within the wireless TME team, setting up equipment to support enablement labs, test environments, and work with our product managers, marketing teams, and our field sales organizations to grow the wireless business, support new applications and customer environments, with opportunities to grow within the wireless team in to specialty areas emerging as the latest in AI-centric features evolve.
What you'll do
- As a wireless Technical Marketing Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert in multiple wireless technologies (cloud and on-prem)
- Promote product value by crafting compelling technical stories and detailing how things work
- Setting up lab systems to support enablement, training, and educational activities that will evolve over time
- Supporting large test environments and operations as part of the overall product development with product managers and engineering
- Guide the creation of field and customer-facing technical collateral, including technical white papers, architectural guides, deployment guides, and methodology documents
