Bangalore, India; Chennai, India; Pune, India The Cisco Cloud Control team is building the foundational platform that brings Cisco’s cloud-managed and controller-based products together into a unified customer experience. The team is focused on simplifying customer operations, reducing onboarding friction, and creating a consistent platform experience across the Cisco portfolio.
What you'll do
- This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, customer engagement, and next-generation AI-enabled operations
- Build trusted technical relationships with customers and convert customer insights into roadmap influence, reference architectures, launch proof points
- Translate customer operational challenges into product requirements, technical content, field guidance, and repeatable Cloud Control use cases
- Partner with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding workflows, integration experiences, and cross-product consistency
- Support early customer engagements, design partners, beta programs, and GA readiness activities
