About the role
What will you be doing in this role? Document data definitions, sources, and procedures for future reference. The Data Governance team ensures the accuracy, quality, and consistency of customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems. The team supports account setup and maintenance, data quality initiatives, hierarchy management, governance processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll do
- Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy
- Perform routine data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency within applicable systems
- Maintain and update data records and accounts in applicable systems
- Identify and resolve basic data issues and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with data governance and support quality initiatives
