About the role
The team is responsible for maintaining trusted account and customer master data across business systems while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance standards and local business requirements. The team works closely with Sales Analytics, Finance, IT and operational stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data that supports business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Responsible for maintaining trusted account and customer master data across the Intellectual Property (IP) business
- Create, validate, master and enrich account and customer records in accordance with defined business rules
- Maintain account and customer hierarchies and identify and resolve duplicate records
- Review master data requests against established governance controls and approval requirements
- Ensure master data is accurate, complete, consistent, standardised and compliant
