About the role
The team is responsible for maintaining trusted account and customer master data across business systems while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance standards and local business requirements. The team works closely with Sales Analytics, Finance, IT and operational stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data that supports business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Master Data team, promoting accountability, collaboration and a service-focused culture
- Set clear priorities, objectives and performance measures aligned with Master Data and broader business goals
- Direct and review the team’s work to ensure data quality, consistent standards and timely delivery against operational targets
- Communicate and reinforce data governance policies, processes and responsibilities with stakeholders across the organization
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, training and development opportunities to build team capability and support career growth
