About the role
This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST). We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations.
What you'll do
- Draft high-quality patent applications, including specifications, claims, abstracts, and drawings coordination, based on invention disclosures, prior art searches
- Perform end-to-end patent prosecution activities, including responding to Office Actions across jurisdictions (e.g., US, EP, IN, KR, CN)
- Conduct invention mining sessions and work closely with inventors to identify patentable subject matter and refine claim strategies
- Ensure ownership of deliverables from initial drafting through filing and prosecution, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment with client objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and attorneys to provide updates, clarify technical aspects, and drive projects to completion
