About the role
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support land acquisition activities for renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, and Transmission Infrastructure) across Gujarat. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting land identification, cadastral surveys, boundary verification, revenue map interpretation, land measurement, and supporting the land acquisition team in securing suitable project sites.
What you'll do
- Land Identification & Survey
- Conduct reconnaissance and detailed site surveys for identification of land parcels suitable for renewable energy projects
- Carry out cadastral, boundary, and land measurement surveys using DGPS, GPS, Total Station, and other survey instruments
- Verify land parcel coordinates, accessibility, terrain conditions, and site constraints
- Review and interpret revenue records including Village Maps, 7/12 Extracts, Form 6, Form 8A, Mutation Entries, Record of Rights (RoR), and other land-related documents
