About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the solar industry to lead and manage rooftop and ground-mounted PV projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in project execution, safety compliance, vendor management, and statutory approvals, with the ability to independently manage the entire project cycle.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with safety practices , PPE requirements, and preparation of HIRA & site-specific work method statements
- Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of PV power projects
- Prepare and manage project schedules, reporting, risk assessments , and problem-solving activities
- Independently manage the entire project cycle from planning to completion
- Verify that all work aligns with approved construction drawings, contracts, specifications, and applicable local/national/international standards
