About the role
We are seeking a proactive and impact-oriented Analyst to join our Climate Accelerator team. The Analyst will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and executing our accelerator programs across South Asia. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in startup programs, sustainability, or project management who are passionate about climate innovation.
What you'll do
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of accelerator programs for early-stage and mature-stage startups
- Support application processes, startup onboarding, and program timelines
- Coordinate mentor matching, session scheduling, and logistics for virtual and in-person components
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for cohort engagement, communications, and deliverables
