About the role
The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction. This role involves working closely with development teams, end-users, and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
What you'll do
- Manage large amount of incoming call and should identify & asses customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Perform a thorough review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance
