About the role
As a Service Desk Trainee, you will gain structured training on IT support operations. You will assist in providing first-level technical support to users, managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, while learning to solve common IT challenges. Structured learning experience in IT support and service desk operations.
What you'll do
- Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network problems
- Learn to prioritize and resolve common IT issues such as printer errors, connectivity problems, and software installation issues
- Help with setting up workstations, laptops, and other peripherals
- Assist in monitoring and managing basic network operations
- Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system and ensure user satisfaction with timely responses
