About the role
As the Blockchain Web3 Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction, strategy, and execution of our blockchain initiatives. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and innovative blockchain solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster growth and development
- Define the technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies for blockchain projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and align technical solutions with business objectives
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols on various blockchain platforms
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality, performance, and security of blockchain solutions, adhering to industry standards and best practices
