About the role
As the Data Analyst Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading our team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of data analysts in the development and execution of data analytics projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization
- Define and enforce data analytics standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop analytics solutions that meet business objectives
- Lead the design and implementation of data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to uncover insights and trends in complex datasets
