What you'll do
- Reporting & Analytics: Use Excel to generate reports on key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, recruitment data, and employee demographics
- Support Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with tracking applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining onboarding checklists
- Assisting with Payroll Data Preparation: Compile and verify timesheets, leaves, and other payroll-related data
