About the role
Looking for a confident, passionate, and empathetic person to be the first point of contact for their employees and handle internal requests. They are Graduates and/or MBA with specialization in HR and 4+ years experience in end-to-end HR role. Someone who is proactive, naturally approachable, and a team player, with strong administrative, organizational, coaching and communication skills.
What you'll do
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues developing adequate induction and training
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities, carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
- Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, misconduct, and any problem resolution
- Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws, and policies provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
