About the role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business analysis activities, gathering requirements, and contributing to the implementation of solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with senior business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Process Mapping: Support the mapping of current and future state business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process models
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support project planning and decision-making
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing analysis findings, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Support Project Management: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and managing project documentation and deliverables
