About the role
As a Senior Pega Decisioning Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale Pega Decisioning solutions. You will mentor junior team members, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet critical business needs.

- Design & Configuration: Lead the design and implementation of complex decisioning architectures within Pega CDH
- Develop reusable components and frameworks for decisioning solutions
- Design and implement advanced decision strategies incorporating predictive analytics and machine learning models
- Optimize decisioning performance and scalability
- Collaborate with data architects to define data models and data governance policies
