About the role
As a React Native Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our mobile applications using React Native. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance optimization
