About the role
As the Web Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of web developers to deliver high-quality web solutions that exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of web developers in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites, web applications, and digital experiences
- Define and enforce web development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of web solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end architectures, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
