About the role
As a Technical Recruiter you will work in the company's recruitment services department. You should be able to collaborate with the managers/ clients on a regular basis and be able to attract candidates for technical roles using various sources, like social media networks. You will be responsible to for the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
What you'll do
- Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions
- Prepare precise and clear job descriptions, advertise, screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of candidate records, and candidate relationships and perform data analysis
- Regular Monitoring and reporting
