About the role
To support the dye house KPI targets of RFT, CQ, LpMpD and throughput/lead time and lab KPI targets of attempt per match, lab to bulk and ensure they are achieved and improved upon consistently.
What you'll do
- Health and Safety – leading and lagging indicator performance, Review of TaRA, MOC, MSA,Equipment checklist
- Sustainability – Water L/kg, Energy Kwh/kg, and Waste %
- Customer complaints per 100 order lines, TUC Kg and Fail store stock movements
- Dyeing lead time in 24 hours
- Redyeing success rate and DTM development success rate
