About the role
To assist in planning, organizing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employees’ skills, productivity, and compliance within the manufacturing environment. Ensures continuous development of workforce across various department including production maintenance and quality control.
What you'll do
- Training Planning & Implementation
- Assist in identifying training needs through skills gap analysis and coordination with department heads
- Support the creation of annual training calendars and plans
- Develop training modules and materials for technical, safety behavioural, SOP, New recruitment based on job requirements and soft skills
- Organize and conduct in-house training sessions for operators, Supervisors and staff
