About the role
Spinning/Twisting - Shift Executive – Manufacturing The position also to ensure the optimum utilization of resources like people, machinery, and energy during the shift. The key focus is on Aramid, PP segment fibres and blends.
What you'll do
- Health and Safety – leading and lagging indicator performance, Review of TaRA, MOC, MSA
- Sustainability – Energy Kwh/kg, and Waste %
- Customer complaints per 100 order lines, TUC
- Delivering shift production as per plan
- Productivity benefit projects delivered, LSS projects handled, Kaizen and OPL developed
