Understand the KPI’s of QA function and Customer Specific requirement (CSR), Brand specific report requirements and crafting systems at shopfloor to meet the QA function KPI’s and CSR. Seven fundamental Quality tools and Five Quality core tools deployment.
What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring safety in the respective working areas
- Quality protocol handling at the shop floor
- FMEA, Process control audit schedule planning and execution as per the plan
- Coordinating between internal departments and taking minutes of meeting and execution of process control at shop floor
- Updating of quality trends weekly / monthly / Quarterly
