About the role
The Process Controller – Fabric Quality is primarily responsible for conducting final fabric inspection using the 4-point system, preparing comprehensive Quality Summary Reports, and ensuring that all outgoing fabric lots meet defined quality standards before dispatch.
What you'll do
- 1.Fabric Inspection & Quality Evaluation
- Co-ordinate & Monitor 4-Point fabric inspection system at Vendor location
- Understanding on all fabric defects including weaving faults, dyeing and finishing defects & exposure in packing standards
- Prepare lot wise inspection reports & arrive at overall lot quality status
- Ensure GSM, width, colour, hand feel as per given standard
