About the role
As a Business Development Associate at Codemonk Handpicked, you will drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and generating demand for our Contract Staffing and C2H services. Your focus will be primarily on domestic (India) accounts - prospecting startups and enterprises building out their engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Identify and research prospective clients and new business opportunities within the Indian market
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements related to Contract Staffing and C2H engagements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM
