What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of legal associates
- Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDA, MSA, SOW, Procurement, SaaS, etc
- Provide paralegal support in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law matters
- Handle and support Lemon Law case review, documentation, legal research, and compliance
