What you'll do
- Analyze legal documents and provide summaries or insights to assist attorneys
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, notices, pleadings, and motions
- Create templates and standard operating procedures for legal processes
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and client-specific standards
