About the role
The role will be responsible for structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and partner contracts across BPM, consulting, and technology-enabled services. This position sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and legal , ensuring that deals are commercially viable, legally sound, and operationally executable .
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) , Statements of Work (SOWs) , NDAs , and change orders
- Support contracting for services, technology partnerships, consulting engagements, and outsourcing agreements
- Work closely with Sales, Solution Leads, and Delivery teams during deal structuring
- Identify legal and commercial risks early in the sales cycle
- Provide guidance on pricing structures, liability caps, indemnities, and service commitments
