About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead with strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and paralegal exposure in areas such as personal injury law, workers’ compensation, lemon law, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract processes, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive performance, accuracy, and compliance in all contract-related tasks.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates working on contract drafting, review, abstraction, and negotiation
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality
- Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to enhance productivity and legal acumen
- Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts including drafting, redlining, review, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and termination
