About the role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Legal (CLM) to manage and drive a high-performing contract management team. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, while also building team capability and process excellence.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of legal associates handling contract drafting, review, abstraction, and negotiation support
- Define KPIs, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure timely delivery within SLAs
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance legal and operational capability
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex contract issues and stakeholder concerns
