Business Solution Architect

About the role

As an Enterprise Multi-Solution Architect, you will make an impact by shaping end-to-end digital experience and MarTech transformations for global clients, connecting business ambition, customer journeys and operating-model needs to pragmatic capability architectures, technology choices, transformation roadmaps and commercially viable service offerings.

What you'll do

• Define current-state, target-state and transition architectures spanning experience, content, customer data, decisioning, analytics, workflow, integration
• Assess and architect platform-agnostic CMS/DXP, analytics, CDP, personalisation and journey orchestration solutions using objective business and technical criteria
• Design governed generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots and multi-agent workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms while preserving security
• Create productized service offerings, accelerators, reference architectures and reusable assets that help account teams sell and delivery teams execute
• Lead solution strategy for RFIs, RFPs, proactive proposals and executive client discussions
