About the role
As a ServiceNow Developer , you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will ensure the end-to-end quality of solutions implemented across ServiceNow capabilities, including Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and execute quality test plans and test cases covering unit, functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing
- Execute quality-testing activities for new solutions, enhancements, and defects. Manage identified defects and work closely with development teams to validate fixes
- Map business needs to functional requirements and ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet applicable quality standards
- Guide stakeholders through user acceptance testing, including test-case execution and documentation. Analyze test results and produce appropriate testing metrics
- Review designs, testing scenarios, and test cases for usability and application quality
