ServiceNow Solution Architect Presales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (Presales) to join our ServiceNow business Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the presales activities, working closely with the sales, bid and account team. You will act as a technical expert during the sales cycle, showcasing the capabilities of ServiceNow, designing solutions and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the client’s business needs.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with sales, account and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements
• Lead the response to the RFP’s/RFI’s by providing detailed technical inputs and creating solution deliverables
• Work with sales and bid teams to develop technical proposals and ensure alignment between proposed solutions and customer requirements
• Participate in customer workshops, bid defense activities
• Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position the ServiceNow solutions
