- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee the implementation of Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to enhance business processes
- Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces
- Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Configure SFDC to align with organizational needs and optimize performance
