About the role
This is an evolving role where you will be exposed to and trained in all areas of the Talent Acquisition team. It’s important that you’re interested in and willing to take on new tasks as the needs of the business are constantly changing. This is a 6 month, contract, remote opportunity. We're hiring two Coordinators. One for each of the following shifts: 9am-6pm IST & 4pm-1am IST
What you'll do
- Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
- Partner with Talent Partners to communicate expectations and ensure candidates and hiring teams have a positive interview experience
- Work with Talent Partners to understand candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting
- Track status of candidates in the interview process and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on feedback and status updates
- Participate in all India kickoff calls ensure a smooth interview process has been developed
