About the role
As the People Process Manager, you will play a central role in shaping CEL's organizational culture and ensuring operational efficiency aligned with global best practices. You will strengthen recruitment, compliance, performance management, and staff well-being, designing processes that are people-centred, transparent, and responsive to the needs of a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Partner with CEL’s leadership, scientific, and field teams to build sustainable HR frameworks and drive institutional excellence at every level
- Work closely with the Director of Administrative Systems to refine recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and support world-class talent
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance management and staff development processes, including 360° reviews and capacity-building programs
- Support leadership and managers with workforce planning, team structuring, conflict resolution, and change management
- Coordinate administrative systems, ensuring seamless HR operations in collaboration with finance, program, and field teams
