About the role
CEL is looking for a dynamic Program Associates who will play a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects. They will coordinate activities, liaise with stakeholders, manage documentation, and ensure the efficient execution of project tasks to achieve program objectives.
What you'll do
- Support Program Lead in various program-related coordination activities
- Conduct reviews at program sites, assess gaps if any, in resources and inform Program Lead Ensure timelines are adhered to and outcomes are as scheduled
