About the role
As Program Specialist, you will work closely with the Director – Program Systems to drive CEL’s portfolio of high-impact programs, translating visionary strategies into action. You will contribute to managing multi-site implementation, lead operational innovation, and coordinate diverse teams to ensure that research protocols are diligently adhered to and evidence is systematically transformed into sustainable solutions.
What you'll do
- Represent CEL to donors, policymakers, and collaborators, and uphold our commitment to compassion, rigour, and equity
- Work closely with the Director of Program Systems to oversee the design, planning
- Lead strategic program development, including proposal writing, donor relations, budget management, and compliance
- Ensure compliance of the research teams' robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for adaptive management and program optimization
- Build and maintain high-performance teams, providing mentorship, capacity strengthening, and leadership development
