Analyst, Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our Enterprise Projects Team. This role focusses on executing structured testing activities to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and data-accurate systems across enterprise solutions in our India office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and best practices.

What you'll do

• Ensure all systems and project deliverables meet high standards of quality, reliability, and data accuracy through structured and comprehensive testing practices
• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies to ensure full validation of business processes and system behaviour, including functional, integration, regression
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to support scalable, repeatable, and efficient testing
• Validate data integrity, calculations, and system outputs, ensuring alignment with business rules, requirements, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks, gaps, and potential failure points early in the development lifecycle to support informed and confident release decisions
