Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our Team. You will play a pivotal role by helping us build a QA Team, create and implement Quality Assurance strategies, best practices, tools and automation and lead the QA Testers in our India office. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and best practices.

What you'll do

• Ensure all systems and project deliverables meet high standards of quality, reliability, and data accuracy through structured and comprehensive testing practices
• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies to ensure full validation of business processes and system behaviour, including functional, integration, regression
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to support scalable, repeatable, and efficient testing
• Validate data integrity, calculations, and system outputs to ensure alignment with business rules, requirements, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks, gaps, and potential failure points early in the development lifecycle to support informed and confident release decisions
