About the role
We are seeking an experienced and process-oriented HR Operations professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HR Operations with exposure to US Mortgage Recruitment processes, employee documentation, HR analytics, process improvements, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and maintenance of employee records
- Oversee attendance, leave management, HRIS administration, and payroll coordination
- Drive HR policy implementation and process governance
