About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager – HR to manage both Recruitment and HR Operations functions with a strong focus on US Mortgage hiring, HR process management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, HR operations, MIS reporting, and process governance.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US Mortgage and related business functions
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Handle recruiter allocation, productivity tracking, and hiring delivery
- Drive hiring through multiple channels including vendors, portals, referrals, and internal databases
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source mix, funnel conversion, and offer-tojoin ratio
