- Execute configuration updates, user/security changes, and other configuration changes within the scope of the service model
- Monitor queues, investigate issues and resolve in a professional collaborative manner and Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Document and track changes, effectively communicating to customers before
- Collaborate with team members across the Managed Service organization to ensure quality delivery of service
- Escalate complex items to Manager with proposed solutions and Take ownership of your assigned customers/tasks
