About the role
As a Sourcing Consultant at Coupa, you will support procurement and sourcing teams through accurate data collection, synthesis, and reporting. You will have an impact in enabling strategic decision-making by delivering clean, categorized, enriched, and insightful data related to spend analysis, category management, and sourcing strategies.
What you'll do
- Gather procurement, supplier, contract, and transactional data from ERP systems, procurement tools, and external sources
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of raw data before processing
- Work closely with category managers, finance, and sourcing teams to identify relevant data points
- Normalize and cleanse large data sets to ensure consistency (e.g., vendor names, commodity codes, cost centers)
- Generate standardized reports and category insights to support sourcing strategy development
