You will work closely with Coupa Customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value & drive best practices, ensuring our Customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform.
What you'll do
- Manage CAM (Customer Adoption Manager) engagements using strong project management practices
- Ensure customer success by facilitating effective platform adoption, aligning with strategic goals, and leading value-driven discussions beyond feature/function basics
- Define project scopes, key activities, and deliverables in collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment and effective execution of engagement plans
- Strong background in S2C (Source-to-Contract), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and/or Global Compliance is highly preferred; procurement, AP
