About the role
seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong project management capabilities to lead business analysis activities and support the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership—translating strategic objectives into clear requirements, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including discovery, current-state assessment, requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and vendors to define scope, priorities, success measures, and delivery expectations
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation
- Apply project management discipline to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and delivery forecasts
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and working sessions, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and requirements workshops
