React.js Associate Tech Lead/Tech Lead

About the role

This position leads React.js application development and support through hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, code quality, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with product, UX, backend specialists, and clients to deliver secure, accessible, scalable, high-performance applications.

What you'll do

• Lead React architecture and development; assess API, backend, and data dependencies, explain trade-offs, and align implementation with the existing architecture
• Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and pragmatic SOLID, DRY, KISS, and Clean Code practices
• Own frontend performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), scalability, and production-readiness checks
• Plan React and framework upgrades, including compatibility checks, testing, and rollout
• Lead SDD with product, business analysis, UX, and engineering: clarify requirements, measurable acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-functional needs
